Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Blackjack Owl: Card Counting app (the "App") offered by ANKO SOLUTIONS LLC ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Use.
In short: all purchases in the App are processed by Google Play. Within 48 hours of a charge you can request a refund directly in Google Play. After that, email us and we will review your request.
1. Within 48 hours of a charge
- Open your Google Play order history and sign in with the Google account you used to buy.
- Find the Blackjack Owl order, choose "Request a refund", select the reason and submit.
- Google Play decides on these requests, usually within a few days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
2. After 48 hours
Email us at support@the-next.ai with your order number (it starts with GPA.) and the reason. We review each request individually and reply within 3 business days. We generally approve requests for accidental renewals reported shortly after the charge and for technical problems we cannot fix. If approved, the refund is issued through Google Play to your original payment method.
3. Free trials
If you cancel during a free trial, you are not charged. To avoid a charge, cancel before the trial ends in the Google Play Store app: tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
4. Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling does not by itself refund the current period, and uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
5. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you may have additional rights, such as a right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Contact us to exercise them.
